Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Now that you’ve placed your order, you’re estimated to receive it in as little as 7-10 business days. That said, it can take up to 14 business days to receive an order after it’s been placed. Email notifications will keep you updated on this process. If you have any questions, let us know.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location, you will be able to calculate shipping costs on the checkout page.
Q: Why doesn’t my discount code work?
A: If it’s not working, try refreshing the page or clearing your cache and trying again. You may want to try opening an incognito window for your checkout. If you’re still experiencing trouble, please let us know which promo you should have and send a note here.
Q: Can I find your products in physical stores?
A: Not just yet, all products are available online only.
Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: There are select goods in our store that are Eco-friendly and we’re actively working to include more. We know, it’s a generic term—here’s what it means on Off the Wax: items marked Eco-friendly are made of organic sustainable cotton harvested without using any pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, and other harmful ingredients. Some clothing pieces even include recycled polyester. Shop our Eco-friendly line right here.
Q: Why aren’t all the images loading on the offthewax.com?
